Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds, but your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit if it satisfies the following conditions:
1. An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching your order confirmation.
2. The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
3. The garment is not of the right size (in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece).
*Please note the following exclusions to the return/exchange eligibility:
No Return and/or Exchange on International orders
Any garment which has been customized for size, color, etc.
Sale items
Slight irregularities in color and texture due to the handwoven nature of the fabric and techniques, which lend a unique beauty to your purchases
Slight variations in color due to possible differences in rendering across screens.
In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.
Exchange Policy
We offer a exchange policy from the date of delivery, at additional cost for pickup. Exchanges can be processed in the case of size issues. Please notify us within this period if you wish to exchange your product. We will arrange for the reverse pickup, which typically takes about 3 days to complete. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check and then dispatch the new product to you.
If there is a price difference between the original and the new exchanged product, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note that we can process only one exchange per order.
Return Policy
Our commitment to quality ensures that all our products undergo rigorous checks before dispatch . However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require proof of the damage to proceed and will send a replacement product promptly. The colour of the product(s) may vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
Given that our products are made to order, specifically tailored to your specifications (cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order is processed.
